OMP Racing S.r.l transformed to Racing S.r.l

Roberto, Claudio and Laura Percivale would like to announce that effective immediately the shares of OMP Racing S.r.l., controlled by the Percivale family have been transferred to Racing Group Ltd., by means of the company Progetto Racing S.p.A. SAYE Group is the majority shareholder of the Racing Group. 
Alberto and Paolo Delprato, who belong to a family of entrepreneurs from Liguria, Italy since several generations, control the SAYE Group. The remaining shares have been sold to MPS Venture SGR that belongs to the Monte Paschi di Siena Group and to the MFO Racing S.A Holding from Luxembourg.
The buyer’s predominantly entrepreneurial vocation and the agreement to continue the business at Ronco Scrivia, Italy with the current Human Resources, as well as the willingness to further develop strategies for he growth of OMP have led to the final decision for the sale of the company. 
The Ronco Scrivia facility will remain to the Percivale family through the company Pier s.r.l. (Pier, named after the late and unforgettable brother and founder Piergiorgio Percivale).

Roberto, Claudio and Laura Percivale will maintain within the operational management of the company, while to Federico Minoli, past president and managing Director of Ducati Motor Holding, will be given the responsibility for strategy and commercial development.
Members of the new Board of Directors will be: Alberto Delprato (President), Paolo Delprato (Vice President), Federico Minoli (Vice President), Roberto Percivale (Managing Director), Lapo Salvadori (Director).
Roberto, Claudio and Laura Percivale wish to thank first and foremost all employees, consultants, sister companies and the exclusive suppliers of OMP for their cooperation, professionalism and loyalty, which certainly will remain unchanged in time.
